Very good food. It's a shame the Alpine menu doesn't change from time to time.

We went there for dinner and ordered a set menu. The service was so-so. And the food was unremarkable; I certainly wouldn't go back to this restaurant. There are better options nearby.

Bistronomy elevated to a new level in an interior reminiscent of grand Parisian brasseries. Local produce is showcased. A flavorful lake fish soup, an equally excellent pork loin thanks to the remarkable quality of the meat, skillfully prepared. Exquisite desserts. What more can be said except that this Evian institution lives up to its reputation?
