A very warm welcome. The food was excellent and the price was very reasonable for the quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant. I would gladly return. I recommend the Tiramisu.

A very pleasant brasserie. Don't hesitate to go in for a meal. Fresh, high-quality products sourced directly from producers. The sliced ​​chicken in garlic cream sauce is delicious. And what can I say about the rib-eye steak? 🤪 It's incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. 👌🏻 The duck leg is tender and very flavorful. The veal flank steak is very tender and cooked to perfection. The side dishes, sautéed potatoes cooked in fat, are perfect. And what about the homemade chili pepper 🌶️ served with the rib-eye steak? The desserts are surprising: Armagnac tiramisu, pineapple cake, and rum crème brûlée.

An excellent restaurant in the heart of Castres! The welcome is warm, and it's a real pleasure to eat on their lovely terrace. The menu is intentionally concise, which is often a great sign: fewer dishes, but much more enjoyment! At lunchtime, the set menu offers fantastic value: €15.90 Menu: There was a choice (at no extra charge) between a vegetarian dish, veal marengo, and another daily special. My choice: I opted for the seared fresh tuna steak with parsley and garlic (with a well-deserved €3 supplement), accompanied by sautéed vegetables and potatoes. Perfectly cooked and a truly delicious dish. Dessert: A simply excellent orange cake. The menu also features classics like beef tartare. With a half-bottle of rosé and a coffee, the total bill came to under €30. A very pleasant day, I will gladly return. See you soon!
