A pleasant restaurant, beautifully prepared and tastefully presented dishes, friendly and efficient service, a lovely wine list, several set menus available, and good value for money. Certainly one of the best restaurants in Castres and southern Tarn.

29/04/2026: A place well worth the detour. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had the blind man's bluff menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes are sophisticated, nothing is left to chance. The setting is unique, as it's in a former school. We'll definitely be back.
