A pleasant restaurant, beautifully prepared and tastefully presented dishes, friendly and efficient service, a lovely wine list, several set menus available, and good value for money. Certainly one of the best restaurants in Castres and southern Tarn.

Another exceptional experience at Bistrot des Saveurs! Incredible welcome and service. We opted for the set menu of the day. Dishes that delighted the eyes and the taste buds! Many thanks to the brilliant Simon, his fabulous wife, and their wonderful team!

18/08/2026: Finding a gourmet restaurant that offers a delicious and refined vegetarian option isn't easy… Les Mets d’Adelaide more than meets the challenge, delighting us with a gourmet and sophisticated dish. I highly recommend this place, with its original decor and very affordable menu considering the quality.

03/05/2026: Sunday lunchtime, not much was open. We hesitated, but finally went in, and we're so glad we did. Pleasant service and generous, homemade dishes. Thank you!
15/04/2026: A very warm, family-run atmosphere. Reasonable prices, nice decor, fast service, and careful presentation. Quality products. I recommend it!
