A pleasant restaurant, beautifully prepared and tastefully presented dishes, friendly and efficient service, a lovely wine list, several set menus available, and good value for money. Certainly one of the best restaurants in Castres and southern Tarn.

12/07/2026: A very warm welcome, refined cuisine. The owner explains the contents of each dish in detail, listing all the ingredients. She and her husband, who works in the kitchen, are also very kind. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

03/05/2026: Sunday lunchtime, not much was open. We hesitated, but finally went in, and we're so glad we did. Pleasant service and generous, homemade dishes. Thank you!
