No false note, unbeatable quality/price ratio especially for lunch during the week, we quibble but the waiters should ask us at the end of each course if everything went well, even if the answer will always be positive. One of the best restaurants in Castres

Très bon restaurant, personnel très aimable et à l écoute. La cuisine est extraordinaire, vous trouvez des saveurs à l authentique de l image du restaurant que vous ne retrouverez pas ailleurs. Je recommande les yeux fermés 👌👍👍👍👍
