Great place. Everything was good: the food, the service, the bill. The only thing missing is a beach. We'll definitely be back.

Passing through Castres, what a wonderful discovery! The service was quick, friendly, and very professional, anticipating any potential needs (like a carafe of water). For a very reasonable price (around €21 for a starter, main course, and dessert), it was excellent and generous!
The dishes are homemade (even the fries) and prepared with fresh ingredients: you can taste the difference!
I highly recommend this restaurant! You can go without hesitation!

We had lunch there as a family one weekday. The set menus are good value for money.
The food is tasty and quite generous. The welcome is very friendly, the waiters and waitresses are pleasant and smiling. Even though it was busy, the atmosphere is relaxed.

If you're looking for an excellent restaurant with a real vacation vibe, go for it! Everything is perfect here. The welcome is incredibly warm, the service impeccable, and the food is a pure delight from start to finish. A rare find where the word "perfection" takes on its full meaning. Thank you for this wonderful evening!
