Côté Lac sur Schiltigheim

A truly beautiful and surprising place, especially considering its location outside the city center of Strasbourg. It feels like a haven, and in summer the terrace overlooking the lake is superb. Excellent wine and food. High-quality cuisine. Impeccable service. A truly excellent place.

We celebrated our wedding at this magnificent restaurant in July 2026, and it will remain one of the most beautiful days of our lives thanks to Olivier and his team. We were able to enjoy the terrace for a cocktail reception with delicious canapés, and the welcome for both the guests and the bride and groom was very well managed. The dining room was meticulously prepared by the team. Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the dessert. We highly recommend this venue for a magnificent wedding to anyone who wishes to have one. Our families and friends loved it! We have also eaten there several times. The appetizers and main courses are excellent, and the service is always pleasant. A big thank you to Olivier and his team for welcoming us so warmly. J & A.

A beautiful setting, top-notch staff, and absolutely delicious food. The wine pairing was simply perfect! Thank you for a truly wonderful experience, perfect in every way!

Excellent restaurant! Everything was perfect: the welcome, the food, the dining room, the service... The portions were generous and beautifully prepared. Special mention to our waitress who explained each course to us with great professionalism, making our experience at this restaurant even more enjoyable!

Our first time here as a couple. Excellent value for money. All this on a large terrace overlooking a small pond. I highly recommend it!

We had a truly wonderful time! A warm welcome, a smiling, professional, and above all, very attentive team. The service really deserves to be highlighted: present and attentive, yet discreet and pleasant. We also greatly appreciated the finesse of the dishes and the excellent pairings of the food and wines. Everything was just right and full of flavor… a real treat for the taste buds! A wonderful discovery and an experience we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you to the entire team for this delightful moment; we will gladly return!

Very lovely and delicate french cuisine. Unfortunately we didn't managed to order the 9 courses tasting menu, as there was only 2 of us fancy it, other guests were having the set menu, the chef didn't recommend it at the end. Overall experience was nice and pleasant, very good wine list. We went on a warm evening, the restaurant was a bit too warm inside, made us very sleepy after couple bottles of wine.

I've been eating at this restaurant regularly for a few years now, and the food is consistently excellent. It starts with the visual appeal, with impeccable presentation of the dishes that blend shapes and colors, and then the delight for the taste buds, thanks to a skillful mix of textures and flavors. The seasoning and pairing of the ingredients are perfect. The service is also exemplary.

We dined at this supposedly gourmet restaurant... the welcome was mediocre, champagne served without an amuse-bouche, and no smiles whatsoever... Think twice before booking

We were disappointed by the set menu. The prawns and the fries weren't to my liking. The veal, however, was excellent.
