It's a shame that the aperitif wasn't accompanied by small snacks, even just little sticks or peanuts... next time, the aperitif will be at home... I think it's a loss of revenue for three-quarters of the restaurants with terraces in town, etc... because you're not the only ones, unfortunately!

It was an excellent evening with service befitting a truly luxurious establishment, in such a warm and friendly atmosphere that a simple meal was transformed into an impeccable culinary experience, all within a wonderfully cozy and welcoming ambiance. First night in Alsace and what a wonderful discovery at the Fisherstub in Schiltigheim! A truly authentic Alsatian brasserie setting, warm and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed an excellent flammekueche, veal kidneys with delicious spaetzle... everything was absolutely perfect! And to top it all off, a nice, cold, refreshing beer.

It starts with the visual appeal, with impeccable presentation of the dishes that blend shapes and colors, and then the delight for the palate, thanks to a skillful mix of textures and flavors. The seasoning and pairing of the ingredients are perfect. The service is also exemplary.
01/08/2026: We dined at this supposedly gourmet restaurant... the welcome was mediocre, champagne served without an amuse-bouche, and no smiles whatsoever... Think twice before booking
