Pleasant setting, friendly staff. Very generous portion, it's a shame you can't choose a mix of two toppings without an extra charge. I recommend it.

It was an absolutely delicious evening at Fischerstub. We had an appetizer, main course, and dessert, and every dish was superbly prepared and beautifully presented. We especially recommend the "Dörelei" beer, which was suggested to us by the server and was truly delicious. The service was consistently attentive and very accommodating, and they were even able to advise us in German, which made the evening even more relaxing. Overall, a very successful evening; we would gladly return and highly recommend the restaurant.

A minor issue, but apparently the waiter couldn't do anything about it. My wife wanted to swap her vanilla ice cream for chocolate. The waiter told us the kitchen wouldn't appreciate it. It's pathetic. But the waiter was very cool, as always.

24/02/2026: Excellent meal with foie gras, scallops, beef fillet, and desserts. Good advice on wines by the glass. I booked for my daughter's birthday, and it was perfect. Impeccable welcome and service. I highly recommend it.

02/02/2026: Restaurant in Schiltigheim. Lovely outdoor terrace. Very friendly waitress. Varied menu, but predominantly Alsatian. Excellent tarte flambée. Dame Blanche (Alsatian dessert) too. Reasonable prices. Pleasant place. Second visit in January 2026. The service is still just as friendly, as is the setting. We opted for the pizzas (2 pizzas for €20). They were classic, no-frills, and good. It cost us €20 including an aperitif, pizza, a glass of wine, and a cappuccino. What more could you ask for? A good address in Schiltigheim, one of the few in this neighborhood that still serves traditional cuisine.
25/01/2026: Pleasantly surprised. Excellent restaurant. Generous and high-quality dishes. Very good food and staff ready to meet your expectations.
