One of the best places I know to discover and enjoy Alsatian cuisine! 🥨 My family and I have made it a habit to come about once every three months, and we're always just as satisfied. The food truly does justice to Alsatian specialties, with generous and flavorful dishes. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, exactly what you look for in a good Alsatian restaurant. The restaurant also has a large space, making it easy to accommodate groups and large gatherings. Another advantage: parking is easy, and the restaurant is only a few minutes from Strasbourg. If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere, a great ambiance, and generous Alsatian cuisine, you've come to the right place! I highly recommend it. 👌🥨

A very warm welcome! The menu is huge! Alsatian specialties galore… A friendly, authentic, and festive atmosphere. I was the only one there, but I'll definitely be back on my next trip!

Fischerstub has gradually become our favorite Alsatian restaurant, located slightly outside Strasbourg. The food is always excellent and plentiful, and the service is quick and efficient. The only thing I can find to complain about is the noise in the main room. The restaurant is often full (a victim of its own success), so it can be noisy at times, but it's worth it!

Côté Lac

25/09/2026: A truly beautiful and surprising place, especially considering its location outside the city center of Strasbourg. It feels like a haven, and in summer the terrace overlooking the lake is superb. Excellent wine and food. High-quality cuisine. Impeccable service. A truly excellent place.
24/09/2026: We celebrated our wedding at this magnificent restaurant in July 2026, and it will remain one of the most beautiful days of our lives thanks to Olivier and his team. We were able to enjoy the terrace for a cocktail reception with delicious canapés, and the welcome for both the guests and the bride and groom was very well managed. The dining room was meticulously prepared by the team. Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the dessert. We highly recommend this venue for a magnificent wedding to anyone who wishes to have one. Our families and friends loved it! We have also eaten there several times. The appetizers and main courses are excellent, and the service is always pleasant. A big thank you to Olivier and his team for welcoming us so warmly. J & A.
