In short, perfect. Coming to your restaurant to discover Alsatian cuisine, I think it's the right place. We had a wonderful time; the atmosphere, the service, the food—nothing could have been better. Thank you so much for making moments like this enjoyable and possibly unforgettable.

A truly welcoming place with a pleasant atmosphere. The waitress was incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive throughout the meal, which was much appreciated. The only slight drawback this time was that the beef fillet, while excellent and perfectly cooked, was quite small. We also felt it lacked a side of vegetables or salad, and the portion of fries was a bit meager. We've been here several times before, and this is the first time we've noticed this. It doesn't detract from the quality of the establishment, and we'll gladly return.

Everything is very good, but I'm not giving it 5 stars because the prices have gone up, which I can understand, but the portions have shrunk considerably: before, they offered fries, sautéed potatoes, AND spaetzle, and would bring back more if we asked; now, a small casserole dish with only one kind of side dish... the magic of Fischer is gone... what a shame

08/05/2026: It's a shame to lose three stars over a few cents, but the management of this establishment seems to prioritize saving money over customer satisfaction. The context: A bill of €433.10 for four people. The meal was good, the setting pleasant, but the experience was seriously marred by clumsy service and, above all, by customer service bordering on indecent. The incident: Everything went wrong as soon as the aperitifs were served. The waitress, who was very polite and offered a groveling apology, unfortunately broke a glass and spilled everything on the table, staining my wife's blouse in the process. In an establishment that charges €80 for the set menu, one would expect the lack of a tablecloth to be compensated by elegant service. Quite the opposite. The final petty act: When it came time to pay, the owner proudly announced that she was making a "gesture" by offering us complimentary hot drinks. A €5.80 discount on a €433 bill to compensate for a stained garment and a service issue? It's almost insulting. Meanwhile, the two bottles of Aquachiara (micro-filtered water) were charged at €4 each. Removing the water from the bill would have been the bare minimum; offering a digestif would have been professional. Offering two coffees is simply ridiculous. In short: You can't just create a high-end restaurant with such a lack of customer service. "The icing on the cake (or rather, the stain on the blouse): the owner went so far as to suggest we 'bring back the dry cleaning bill if the stain didn't come out.' A remarkably hypocritical proposition, knowing full well that no one is going to come back and queue up again with a €15 receipt. In short, a flair for the dramatic that borders on the absurd. The food is worth the trip, but the management is sorely lacking in class." We will never set foot in there again: a customer's loyalty is clearly worth less than the price of a coffee at your place.

02/05/2026: We booked the entire upstairs room for my parents' 80th birthdays, and it was an unforgettable day. The room, the setting, the meal, the organization, and the logistics: everything was perfect and tailored to our requests. A huge thank you to Olivier, the chef, and the whole team for this memory that will remain etched in the minds of all our guests.
11/04/2026: We both opted for the three-course vegetarian menu, and it was absolutely delicious! From the appetizers to the dessert, accompanied by two excellent glasses of wine. A thousand thanks for this fabulous meal; we will be back!
