Traditional, refined, and refined cuisine. A warm welcome and relatively fast service. Pleasant setting with a view of the cathedral. Located between the old town and the city center. One of the only restaurants in Le Mans open on Sunday lunchtimes. Which is a plus.

16/04/2026: A beautiful place with excellent and upscale service.
10/04/2026: I organized a professional event for about ten people at Mimoza, and everything went very well. We had a private room on the top floor, a video projector was available, and the service was impeccable. The guests were delighted with the venue and the welcome, and we enjoyed a delicious meal. Thank you to Chloé for her support in organizing this evening.
