I came to test Coutume Babylone with a friend. I chose a cappuccino and she a hot chocolate. My cappuccino was good. It's not the best cappuccino I've had, but I liked it. The coffee is good, the latte art is mastered, a creamy foam, without bubbles, the coffee is not burnt. I found that this cappuccino was slightly lacking in sweetness. The latte art is very beautiful and I was really won over by the heart shape. My friend liked her hot chocolate. We had a pleasant time, the bartender was very pleasant and smiling even though he was tired from his day. The coffee shop is pretty with beautiful moldings on the ceiling.

Poor quality. Very disappointed for how expensive it was. No WIFI and laptops are not allowed between 12-14.30 (which might be understandable). I ate Brunch and Lunch in the stablishment as (non Paris resident). Dark Hot Chocolate without any sweetness, egg white undercooked and fat from the pulled beef unremoved giving the eater nausea 😵 service was ok.

Very local experience as we were here for breakfast. Not a lot of places open as early as them, serving quality food but at a slightly higher price than other restaurants. You can see locals coming to get a cup of cuppucino and reading the papers. Service took a while because of the number of customers but generally able to get a seat.

11/08/2024: Everything is there to have a good time. To do again with your eyes closed.
15/07/2024: I celebrated my 35th birthday with 25 people at Petit Rollin and I am delighted. The contact with Mélanie was smooth, the cooking simple and very good. The terrace allowed us to have our aperitif outside which was perfect. I recommend and thank you again Mélanie.

22/08/2024: The steak and fries were nice but the steak was tough. The staff are very nice with a decent house wine. Reasonable value for money. We arrived around 8 and there was no need to book.
18/08/2024: A bistro in Paris with the friendliest waiters and talented chefs! The seats were a bit narrow, but as is the case in all but the most high-end restaurants in Paris, there were no complaints. The food was really delicious, and thanks to the clerk Aurélién's recommendation, I was able to enjoy the flavor of the French gourmet goat cheese dish! I would also like to thank Anne Laure, who appears to be the owner of the restaurant, for her kindness. Our anniversary in Paris was precious.
