Despite the fact that Ilan was cleaning up for closing, he very kindly agreed to prepare me a speculoos crepe which, by the way, was excellent. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and pleasant. I recommend him.

07/01/2026: We had lunch there 4 times during a visit to the family in Valenciennes this summer. Last time was 2 years ago. The food is really delicious and very copious. Even me who have a big appetite, I was challenged to finish my plates. (You can see the size from the pictures) They have local specialties like Maroilles sauce, a must try! French fries hand it, homemade so good. For desert, I love the chocolate mousse. The service is casual relaxed and friendly. I highly recommend and will be back for sure when I go to Valenciennes.
18/12/2025: First time at this restaurant and what a treat! The staff serving are very friendly and smiling, and the food is absolutely delicious. I will gladly return to try the rest of the menu, which is very varied, and to enjoy another pleasant meal.
