The one staff member there was very friendly. But they were understaffed for the relatively large tourist crowd they had the night we stayed there. Also there was no one answering the phone or at the front desk until 4 PM though the website said someone would be there after 8 AM.
Fairly simple hotel but in an excellent location for visiting the castles!
The room is very simple, small bathroom and slightly uncomfortable bed! Something more than the room was waiting for me. It also does not have an elevator.
In the morning, however, I must say that the breakfast was very positive! Good!
We found the staff both at the time of our arrival and during breakfast very closed and not very friendly towards customers!
Private parking available although not for all customers.
Visiting this very pleasant hotel in all respects.
Perfect room, copious and very good breakfast and dinner, great menu selection. Very warm and intentional welcome.
