11/03/2026: A wonderful time at Le Jardin d’Été restaurant! We opted for the €39 evening menu, and honestly, it was excellent value for money. For my starter, I had the Thai egg: a delight with a variety of textures, from crunchy to melt-in-your-mouth… it was perfectly balanced and delicious. For my main course, the pork cheek with mashed potatoes and bacon cream was perfect. The meat was incredibly tender, no knife needed, a real treat. For dessert, I chose the Irish Gourmet. The Irish coffee was perfectly balanced, and the truly indulgent accompaniments were a very pleasant surprise: not the small, mass-produced desserts you often see, but real homemade desserts from the menu (profiteroles, French toast, crème brûlée). Everything was delicious! And because I have a sweet tooth, I also ordered a scoop of pistachio ice cream. The bread served at the table was delicious, very fresh, with a crispy crust, accompanied by the perfect Breton butter. The dining room was pleasant, not crowded at all, which was a real plus. And a special mention for our waiter, Yacine: calm, smiling, and perfectly attentive in his service, without being overbearing. Professional and friendly service that deserves to be highlighted. 👍🏻 In short, a very good place; we had a wonderful time.
