Excellent meal with beautiful cuts of meat cooked on the brazier, terrace that perfectly lives up to the restaurant's name with a breathtaking view

Exceptional value for money. Attentive staff. Stunning view from the terrace. The owner is present and attentive to his customers' feedback. Just for fun, they offered homemade mashed potatoes instead of fries, especially since most of the dishes go well with them. Thank you for this lovely, convivial experience.

A very nice establishment, with efficient service and a warm welcome. I tried the carbonnade; the meat was excellent, not stringy at all, truly delicious. The outdoor terrace has a lovely view, but the music was too loud for a peaceful lunch. My only real disappointment was the "indulgent" dessert, which significantly lowered my overall impression. Don't order it; it consisted of a tiny financier that looked like it came straight from a box, and a ridiculously small, forgotten cake—it was really disappointing. I recommend having coffee and a homemade dessert elsewhere.

Restaurant with a spectacular view from the terrace with loads of seating outside. Good menu, we had small lunch plates, meal was very tasty. Staff are attentive, prices reasonable.

Lunch today at 1 p.m. on the terrace, enjoying bright sunshine and a panoramic view of the northern countryside. From appetizer to dessert, the meal was excellent – ​​high-quality ingredients and generous portions. The ribeye steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the lamb had a wonderfully fragrant, muttony flavor. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and very pleasant, and the prices were reasonable. Special mention goes to the impeccable service – helpful advice, delivered with a smile and genuine friendliness. Parking is available in the square (blue zone), but there is free parking nearby. Exploring or rediscovering Cassel before or after lunch is a great bonus. The nearby tourist office is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We'll be back as soon as possible!

While passing through Cassel, we had dinner at this restaurant. The carbonnade was excellent, as was the homemade mayonnaise. A pleasant welcome and a warm atmosphere. I recommend it.
