Café in the Flanders tradition: simple and effective cuisine, without fault in taste. The dish of the day (sausage or black pudding with apples and fries) or the potjevleesch are well made - mention homemade - and has very fair prices: €13.90 each. The service is attentive in this beautiful, tastefully decorated place. A quality place.

We haven't had lunch yet but it won't be long. Authentic café where it's good to get together. Smiles, calm and kindness make this place an essential stopover when we go to Cassel.

Lovely cafe, warm welcome, very reasonable drink prices. In addition, a delightful painting exhibition in the 2nd room.

Quel merveilleux accueil et service !! Une cuisine typique, authentique, traditionnelle et savoureuse tout comme le lieu : on s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi ! Un rapport qualité prix excellent 😊 Cette ambiance centenaire historique et authentique est très bien conservée : un voyage dans le temps charmant ! Un bar magnifique en bois centenaire , un feu de bois, des banquettes en bois qui ont une histoire, … on sent les petits bouts d’histoires depuis de longues décennies qui se racontent dans ce café restaurant inébranlable dans le temps. On revient et on reste dans le charme.
