The food is absolutely incredible, extremely good value and extremely high-quality. This was also matched by an amazing wine list. A good long list of red and white burgundy of the highest calibre, and also some of the best value I’ve ever seen in a wine list. Superb. We had to swap out (in advance as they email you the menu) langoustine because one of the party was allergic, it was done with absolutely no fuss, and replaced with incredible fois gras. I only improvement I would make is to email the wine list. It deserved more focus than you can manage in a few minutes before you have a drink! Thank you, a fantastic night.

The value for money wasn't quite what we expected: the gravlax salmon was excellent, and the lemon dessert was very good. However, the asparagus was too crunchy and therefore undercooked, the beef wasn't cooked to the specifications given when we ordered, the beef consommé was bland, the cappuccino wasn't really a cappuccino, and the chocolate petits fours were of average quality. As for the service, there was no butter on the table; they gave us the number of sugars we requested and we left with the different varieties. A shame.

An unforgettable culinary experience We had the pleasure of discovering this Michelin-starred restaurant during our stay in Cassel, and everything was absolutely remarkable. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, with delicate, flavorful, and perfectly executed dishes. Each plate is a true discovery, as beautiful as it is delicious. The service is on par with the experience: warm, attentive, and highly professional, making the moment even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful restaurant that we highly recommend for an exceptional gastronomic experience.

Absolutely fantastic, and it was our second visit, but it certainly won't be our last. Everything was superb, from the amuse-bouche to the petit fours. Each element had its own distinct flavor, and together they formed an absolutely magical combination.
