First experience at a fine-dining restaurant, and certainly not the last. We arrived on this intimate terrace with a magnificent view. We savored Chef Eugène Hobraiche's "Revelation" menu slowly, taking our time to appreciate each bite.
So many new flavors we hadn't experienced before; each dish was truly well-conceived. There was always a star ingredient prepared in different textures. If I were to be slightly critical, it would be about a few dishes where we could have used a bit more zest. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients, beautifully prepared, a warm welcome from Madame Hobraiche and her staff—what more could one ask for? French cuisine is showcased to perfection.

Gorgeous hotel room next door with the same host, with fabulous breakfast and again great hospitality.

The food is absolutely incredible, extremely good value and extremely high-quality. This was also matched by an amazing wine list. A good long list of red and white burgundy of the highest calibre, and also some of the best value I’ve ever seen in a wine list. Superb.
We had to swap out (in advance as they email you the menu) langoustine because one of the party was allergic, it was done with absolutely no fuss, and replaced with incredible fois gras.
I only improvement I would make is to email the wine list. It deserved more focus than you can manage in a few minutes before you have a drink!
