First experience at a fine-dining restaurant, and certainly not the last. We arrived on this intimate terrace with a magnificent view. We savored Chef Eugène Hobraiche's "Revelation" menu slowly, taking our time to appreciate each bite. So many new flavors we hadn't experienced before; each dish was truly well-conceived. There was always a star ingredient prepared in different textures. If I were to be slightly critical, it would be about a few dishes where we could have used a bit more zest. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients, beautifully prepared, a warm welcome from Madame Hobraiche and her staff—what more could one ask for? French cuisine is showcased to perfection.
