A wonderful dinner at Sauvage with a few friends. A thoughtful menu, precise cooking, warm service, and a lovely atmosphere. I would happily return!

A bit too noisy, it's hard to hear each other

A delightful lunch. I love eating a large portion and variety of vegetables with my meal, and Sauvage hit the spot using seasonal nicely flavored vegetables. Some elements were a little repetitive in the starters and main, but it could just have been due to how we ordered this time. Nevertheless, it was the perfect last meal before a long flight. Light and yummy, the waiter always had a smile. Will definitely be back next time I visit Paris.

If you're looking for a beautiful restaurant offering fresh, seasonal produce, delicately prepared… head straight to Sauvage! It's the kind of cuisine I adore: exceptionally high-quality ingredients, showcased with perfectly executed cooking techniques and meticulously controlled flavors. I loved it! A simple plate of vegetables becomes a true chef's creation… the deviled eggs were a real taste sensation… the best mayonnaise in the world (better than my grandmother's… and yes, I said it!). Even people from the north feel at home there. We had an amazing evening at Sauvage, which truly lives up to its name. We absolutely loved all the dishes and the atmosphere. We'll be back very soon. Big up!!!

A warm welcome, the dishes were excellent and surprising... on the waiter's recommendation, the whole table ordered the sweetbreads! Succulent!

The food was superb, we loved it. The place is beautiful in its understated elegance, with comfortable tables and lovely tableware. The portions were just right, the cooking was perfect, the sauces and sides were impeccable, and the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Unfortunately, the wine list, which we know is unusual, had many unavailable selections, and the waiter/sommelier was unremarkable.

Sauvage is exactly the kind of wine bar that keeps me coming back. An ever-changing, seasonal menu, beautifully sourced ingredients and a wine list that’s full of thoughtful discoveries. I stopped in for lunch and paired it with a lovely Chenin Blanc—the kind of pairing that reminds you how good simple food and great wine can be. Relaxed, unpretentious, and genuinely passionate about what they do. One of my most favourite Left Bank little gems!
