A simple yet effective menu and setting. Very pleasant waiter. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. And if you want an incredible dessert, try the Dilane with flambéed Grand Marnier; it's worth the trip.

A lovely little crêperie located in the historic center of Guérande. Quick and friendly service. 😉 The menu is short but sufficient, certainly to ensure the use of fresh ingredients. The crêpes are very good, although the filling (caramel and chocolate) is a bit too generous for our taste.

Good restaurant, very welcoming. Very little wait. The quality of the food was very good, but the portions were a bit small (4 thin slices of andouille sausage for €9 is a bit pricey, but still acceptable).

15/03/2026: A very good experience; La Saline is a welcoming place, Tiphaine provides excellent service, and everything on the plate is generous and made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend it.
01/01/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this very pleasant place. A small suggestion: install a half-moon shaped curtain at the door to retain heat when customers come and go.
