What a shame to so easily criticize a young recruit who is just learning the job of waitress when businesses are having so much trouble recruiting...it's frankly petty when you know the food is so good there 🥰❤️

This restaurant and crêperie is a little gem in the heart of Château-du-Loir! The food is truly excellent, the atmosphere very friendly, and the service warm and welcoming. Here are the two daily specials on the blackboard that we ordered—so delicious and beautifully presented!

We regularly visit this restaurant and always appreciate the service and the food. On our last visit, my wife asked if the caramel in her ice cream had a strong flavor, as she doesn't like strong caramel. The waitress told us no, but ultimately the flavor was too intense for her, and she couldn't finish her dessert. We were still charged for it. When I went to pay the bill, I saw the cook eating the ice cream. I therefore felt as though I had paid for a dessert that was ultimately eaten by someone else. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated.
