We were lucky enough to enjoy local produce and homemade Poitevin stuffed vegetables here! And the homemade dessert too! With pieces of angelica (the emblematic plant of Niort). I commend the chef and the entire team for their hard work this season! Thank you.
We had a fantastic meal! Just what we needed to recharge for a day of cycling! The prefou was delicious, the galettes were perfectly crispy and generously filled, and the gourmet coffee was incredible.
