Creperie L'Oceane sur Morlaix

The galette was delicious, crispy with a lovely buttery buckwheat flavor. The dessert crêpe was perfect; it's a shame it couldn't be flambéed at the table. The cider offered was a perfect accompaniment.

While passing through Morlaix, we had lunch at the crêperie L'Océane and were not disappointed. Despite the crowd, we were quickly seated on the terrace, and the staff remained courteous and friendly. We ate very well; a very good experience!

Simply delicious and a top-notch team

A very good crêperie, welcoming, responsive, and smiling staff. The galettes are generous, well-cooked, beautifully presented, and delicious, made with quality ingredients. The crêpes are very generously filled but overcooked (burnt edges, half the toasted almonds were black). When I mentioned this to the staff, the response was, "It happens." The caramel, meringue, and whipped cream crêpe has too much whipped cream, and especially too much caramel, which completely overpowers the crêpe's flavor, and only two meringues, which is far too few. I recommend it for the galettes and the staff, but not for the crêpes. By the way, if you choose your table, don't sit inside, by the door at the entrance, because the door is always open to serve the terrace, and you'll be in a draft... unless you like that ;-)
