We came for dinner one weekday evening in August. It was busy, but there were still a few tables available. The galettes and crêpes were delicious, with particularly elegant presentation. We thoroughly enjoyed them! The service was also very friendly. The only slight drawback was the rather slow service. We waited 1 hour and 55 minutes for three galettes and three crêpes. Despite this, I'm giving it top marks because the quality was truly exceptional.

A warm welcome, generously filled crepes, and a large bowl of salad. However, the wait was unbearable: over an hour between the savory and sweet crepes. If you like butter and sugar crepes, this isn't the place for you; we were served simple sugar crepes.

21/08/2026: An exceptional welcome; the staff are remarkably kind and helpful. The food is sublime, and a small detail that many forget to mention: the toilets are truly spotless.
12/08/2026: So glad we decided to eat out tonight! We truly enjoyed a peaceful evening thanks to your kindness. The owner and the servers were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful evening with my son. The food was, of course, delicious and very refined (kudos to the chef!). My little one even got to try Spätzle! 🥰 The dining room is decorated with great taste; we had a truly excellent time! Thank you again, and we look forward to our next visit to Sélestat! 26/07/2026: Great restaurant! The food is delicious, with lots of homemade and seasonal dishes. The overall atmosphere is fantastic and friendly. It's everything you could want from a good restaurant: great food served with excellent service! I highly recommend it!
