A good crêperie, but at the same time, there's no comparison in the Sélestat region. In any case, you'll find quality there and very reasonable prices.

We came for dinner one weekday evening in August. It was busy, but there were still a few tables available. The galettes and crêpes were delicious, with particularly elegant presentation. We thoroughly enjoyed them! The service was also very friendly. The only slight drawback was the rather slow service. We waited 1 hour and 55 minutes for three galettes and three crêpes. Despite this, I'm giving it top marks because the quality was truly exceptional.

Auberge de la Paix

05/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome; the staff were friendly, smiling, and attentive. The meal was delicious and plentiful. The dining room was spacious. The restrooms were clean. I highly recommend it.
28/08/2026: This is definitely an inn not to be missed, and it's every bit as good as any other. Chef Bruno's reputation for his famous kidneys is well-deserved! The service is also very attentive and friendly. 🙂 Thank you, and please keep up the good work for a long, long time. Thank you!
