A lovely little cafeteria with excellent value for money. Plenty of space on the ground floor and upstairs, so you don't feel crowded. Small children's area with audiovisual games. Large free parking lot next to the restaurant.

We love coming to Crescendo in Carcassonne as a family. The welcome is always warm, the restaurant is clean, and the menu offers a wide variety of choices, ensuring everyone can find something they like. The dishes are simple but tasty, and the value for money is excellent. It's a convenient and friendly place that we return to regularly.

28/07/2026: A divine setting, but the service and dishes were rather ordinary. Disappointment with the "cheese trolleys" advertised on the menu, which turned out to be a plate of three pieces of cheese.
27/07/2026: A timeless place that reminds you that simplicity, patience, and a taste for local produce will always be the foundation of our cuisine. €18 for a starter, main course, and dessert for a meal that will stay with me forever... The confit pork almost brought a tear to my eye, both for its texture and the sauce, not to mention the melt-in-your-mouth potatoes... Simply excellent... Thank you to the whole team for this culinary delight 🙏

26/06/2026: The service was very friendly, courteous, and perfectly efficient. However, we ordered chilled white wine and they brought us a glass of wine WITH ICE in it! Horrible… The babies were very well looked after, with a highchair and special cutlery. The food was very good, excellent value for money, the €22 set menu with starter, main course, and dessert. The cassoulet was delicious, and the duck breast was cooked perfectly, although a little dry. The desserts were homemade. The atmosphere in the square was very peaceful, with live music.
02/06/2026: Had a delicious lunch Tasty plate du jour. The Caesar salad was fantastic
