My husband and I have already eaten more than once in this wonderful restaurant, and I'll be honest, from the reception to the service and the atmosphere, there's really nothing to say. It's perfect. At least for us. We like this restaurant. We will come whenever it is possible for us. The server is very friendly, very nice.

This tastefully decorated restaurant is well worth seeking out in the Bastide city of Carcassonne. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The food is absolutely full of flavour, very fresh and excellent value for money.

04/04/2024: Our lunch was far better than we anticipated being in such a tourist area. We tried the three course lunch. Spectacular. Auberge de Dame Carcas serves a great cassoulet. Our salads were fresh. The pate was terrific. We had very nice service even during a frenetic lunch rush. Both the patio and dining room are nice. Totally enjoyed it.
31/03/2024: Great place to eat, very good food. We ordered the €19.50 menu on a Sunday and it was great! And also highlight the friendliness of the waiters

05/04/2024: Nice place. Rich cassoulet. Rich wine. Cheese salad and cheese board, perhaps expensive for its quality. Good attention.
29/03/2024: I can only say wonders: the staff is attentive, fast and very friendly, the food is very good and at an affordable price, the place is very beautiful, in the Bastide Saint Louis away from tourism.
