L'Amandier sur Carcassonne

Excellent food, I highly recommend it. The restaurant offered the catch of the day as a main course; the fish was cooked perfectly, the beef cheeks were very well prepared, and the sauce was superb. Thank you.

Everything is really great, from the decor and food to the service and prices. It's restaurants like this that make me want to eat out. Keep up the good work!

Always a great place. We have lunch there from time to time. The lunchtime service is quick enough that you're not late for work, without being rushed. The welcome is always very warm. The menu is rather limited—3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts—but that's the concept and a guarantee of fresh, homemade food. A delight every time. Good value for money. The terrace is particularly pleasant.

Excellent food, service, drinks

We had a great time. The service was efficient, and the food was good.

Gluten-free and vegan food. Right in the center of Carcassonne Bastide. Important in France as it's scarce. They have a total of 14-15 dishes, including dessert. The portions are small. They don't have gluten-free beer, bread, or breadsticks.

A very enjoyable experience. We had a wonderful meal. Everything was homemade (the fish was excellent and the rice pudding was divine). We'll be back.
