A new family team is now at the helm of this little culinary gem in Arles. It's even better. Everything is perfect. Bravo! I highly recommend everything on the open-faced sandwich menu.

16/09/2025: An exceptional meal!!! Delicious and hearty dishes. The chef strives to please his customers. We ate at this restaurant twice, in August and September. Each time, we experienced a rare moment. The chef manages to make classic dishes (for example, the salt cod brande or the celery remoulade) exceptional.
08/09/2025: In a city that loves blended cuisine, there remains an indomitable chef who delights everyone with dishes full of Southern flavors! Jean-Luc Rabanel eschews trends in favor of precise and very gourmet cuisine. The dishes are generous! We'll be back!
