L'O à la bouche sur Arles

Now this is the kind of restaurant I love! Real, delicious food from start to finish. An amuse-bouche of eggplant caviar with warm rolls... mmm! Then came the bull rillettes, very good. Next, the Gardiane de Taureau (a traditional Camargue beef stew) with Camargue rice, perfectly cooked and excellent! And to finish, homemade nougat glacé, the likes of which I've never tasted before. The owner (who is also the chef) came out to greet us in a friendly manner. And the owner's wife gave us a most welcoming reception, kindly providing us with a map of the town and explaining the local attractions. We left satisfied and delighted with this wonderful place. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

A very warm welcome. The meal was impeccable from the amuse-bouche to dessert. For my part, I had bull rillettes, bull stew with Camargue rice. Homemade nougat glacé. A real treat!

We ate at this restaurant on Sunday evening. It was a real treat, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

Generous portions prepared with quality ingredients. A warm welcome and efficient service. The meat was cooked to perfection. A lovely selection of homemade pastries. One minor drawback: it was a bit noisy due to the background music and the number of customers. Overall: excellent value for money. We highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing. We asked owner recommendations for food and drinks. There was not the slightest mistake. We enjoyed the fantastic cote de cochon, nougat glacemaisoncoulis de fruits rouges, red wine Coin Cache and local digestive drink from melon. Thank you Aurelie!

Excellent restaurant! We had a wonderful meal there; everything was perfect from start to finish. The welcome was warm, and the staff incredibly kind. Despite a very busy Sunday in Arles (the Trophées des As final, so there were a lot of people), we were greeted without a reservation, with a smile, and great efficiency. Fast service, delicious food, and a pleasant atmosphere—flawless! We will be back with great pleasure.
