Now this is the kind of restaurant I love! Real, delicious food from start to finish. An amuse-bouche of eggplant caviar with warm rolls... mmm! Then came the bull rillettes, very good. Next, the Gardiane de Taureau (a traditional Camargue beef stew) with Camargue rice, perfectly cooked and excellent! And to finish, homemade nougat glacé, the likes of which I've never tasted before. The owner (who is also the chef) came out to greet us in a friendly manner. And the owner's wife gave us a most welcoming reception, kindly providing us with a map of the town and explaining the local attractions. We left satisfied and delighted with this wonderful place. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

A very warm welcome. The meal was impeccable from the amuse-bouche to dessert. For my part, I had bull rillettes, bull stew with Camargue rice. Homemade nougat glacé. A real treat!

The cuisine was top-notch; everything was excellent, succulent, and absolutely delicious. A true delight from start to finish. Special mention goes to the owner, whose remarkable kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend L’O à la Bouche restaurant.
