A charming little restaurant in the Colmar market, with a gluten-free menu, full of flavor and taste. The dessert selection is varied.

The burger Alsacien, the Glory bowl and the brownie were very good, as well as the homemade immunity drink. Totally recommend to anyone, not just vegans and vegetarians.

A corner inside the market, equipped with wooden tables and benches, a short stop for a three-year-old to rest. They were kind enough to let him rest and sleep on a bench. Their desserts were delicious and reasonably priced. It was obviously not peak season, but the place was not crowded.

Only organic, plant-based foods. A place for connoisseurs of the genre. Prices are in line with local standards. Friendly service.

This stand is packed during the Christmas markets, as are all the other restaurants in the area. The best thing to do is sit down immediately if you spot a free space, as you run the risk of people arriving later taking advantage. The dishes we tried were delicious (lentil burger and rice and tofu bowl), all strictly vegetarian. The portions were generous. Free self-service water. Very fast service.

If you're visiting Colmar and looking for quality, authentic, and healthy food, Cuit Lu Cru inside the covered market (Marché Couvert) is a must-visit. We loved the concept. We tried the curry and the risotto, and you can tell from the first bite that they use fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Everything was delicious, with truly authentic flavors. To top it all off, the coffee and desserts were the perfect ending: simply divine! Eating in the market's atmosphere adds a special, authentic charm. It's the perfect place to enjoy a nutritious meal in a vibrant setting. Highly recommended if you want to try something different and eat wonderfully!
