Great place to discover new chefs

A friend who lives in Paris recommended this small restaurant in Belleville to us which has a special formula with chefs who reside for short periods, so you can always have a different and very interesting experience. If you want to experience new, high quality cuisine in a young, contemporary and charming environment, book and you won't regret it. Nothing is formal, everything is very authentic and cool. If I lived in Paris I would go back often. Well done!

Very nice experience with Patrick as chef and Athena as sommelier. Extremely friendly welcome, plates mixing flavors from several countries/continents. Two young talents to whom we wish every success in the journeys they will undertake.
