A very nice place, the food is high quality. The meat was cooked perfectly, the homemade sauces were excellent, as was the gourmet coffee.

We received a wonderfully warm welcome. The place is beautiful and the staff incredibly attentive. The dishes are delicious and bursting with flavor. A truly delightful culinary experience... I love this restaurant and can't wait to go back.

I hadn't been back since the change of ownership and was honestly very pleasantly surprised. Simple menu, well-prepared dishes, quick and efficient service, friendly atmosphere. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful meal! The place is lovely, the portions are generous, the staff are very friendly and attentive, there was no wait for our food, the baked egg starter was delicious, the decor is beautiful, and the value for money is unbeatable. Not to mention the wine recommendations and the super friendly owner. We'll definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone we know.

13/02/2026: The Val d'Auge is an exceptional address thanks to its inventive cuisine that knows how to enhance quality, seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes such as the egg cocotte with truffles and the sweetbreads with charlotte purée are excellent, and the chef updates the menu according to the seasons and his inspiration. The service is efficient and attentive, and knows how to adapt to customers' tastes, particularly when it comes to wine. The evolving menu allows for constant discovery of new dishes. We'll be back.
