We had the opportunity to enjoy the excellent Discovery Menu a few days ago. We commend the rather quick service and give a shout-out to François, a passionate new addition to the team, who took the time to come back and present each dish to us despite the lunchtime rush. :) Sitting at the counter makes the experience even more enjoyable!

Our reservation was for 1 o'clock, but we had to wait about 30 minutes.
After a short wait, drinks were served, but then we had to wait another 20 minutes without any announcement.
We were very satisfied with the taste and service of the food.

Excellent, although I find it a bit of a shame that for menus with already quite exceptional prices, you end up with à la carte options where, ultimately, half the dishes offered include a 15 euro supplement. When you come as a family to "try it out," it's a bit of a deterrent...

Had one night in Paris and was able to get a spot at this incredible restaurant. Since I only had the one meal/dinner in Paris I went all out and got their special/degustation menu. I can't begin to describe the meal as to how good it was. Every course was perfection! I asked the sommelier to pair wines with the meal and he suggested a champagne, sauvignon blanc, another white wine, and a Bordeaux varietal that went incredibly well with the different courses. The staff was very professional and friendly. They made suggestions to best enjoy each course and were spot on - definitely sit at the bar and watch the kitchen staff in action. Absolute must try if you are in Paris!

Excellent pairings, with bold and well-balanced flavors.
The cuisine is consistent and maintained from start to finish, without a single misstep.
The service at the bar is efficient and pleasant.
The sommelier was excellent: providing sound, accurate advice perfectly suited to our dishes.
A serious establishment where one senses genuine expertise and a constant attention to flavor.
