Dassai Joel Robuchon sur Paris

We reserved a few months back and had been looking forward to it for months. Our expectations and excitement were high. We could have easily been dissappointed with such high expectations. We were not dissappointed at all. It was an explosion of sublime flavours that was just exquisite. Im not a food critic so i wont attempt to describe the dishes. But when everything is so damn tasty and visually beautiful and u are left wondering how they did it. Its a good sign. And i will add im not a fish fan but for the first time in my life i loved fish. That has never happened. Well done! Service was top notch, the timing of each plate was perfect. Thats very important to me. I hate being rushed, that was not the case here. Simply put, it was a perfect lunch we will remember it for the rest of our lives. Okay now the one tiny complaint. We chose the full lunch menu with 2 starters and 2 mains, desert & amuse bouche for the set price of 95€. So we were a bit surprised to see many choices with supplementary 15€. We would rather pay a higher set price with no supplementary 15€ surprises. Thats our one issue. Again though it was a complete memorable experience. Fantastique!

It’s in a drugstore shopping centre which is very odd location so you have to go in and the resteraunt is inside down some stairs Taste and quality of the craft is excellent. Service people are good interactive. This dinner bellow cost 300€. The dinner menus consist of 2 sets and rest À la carte with a page full of tasting items(small plates) then half a plate of starters and half a plate of mains. The quail stuffed with duck liver very very good and the strawberry desert, blown sugar to make the shape of the strawberry and the stem and I’m not sure what the seeds are made of though. And inside is strawberry sorbet, cookie on the bottom and strawberry’s surrounding it and then pistachio grains surrounding the plate.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was wonderful. My favorite dish of the meal was the lobster pasta!

Everything was great, despite a mistake in taking the order. However, a major drawback is that we're in France, and the American practice of insisting on a tip when you pay the bill is really unpleasant. So you come across as stingy if you don't leave 5 or 10%, which is certain on an average bill of €200. For me, this is a very negative point. We're not in the United States.

A fantastic experience! Anyone in Paris should definitely visit this first-class restaurant. Very friendly staff and a super delicious lunch menu!

Excellent restaurant, all the dishes are very good. Highly recommended.

My husband and I shared the tasting portions of the white asparugus, morelle mushroom ravioli (!!), fried artichoke dish. The waiters split the plates for us and the portions were generous and delicious, especially the ravioli. We learned that sole had arrived fresh that morning so we split the sole menuiere with mashed potatoes. Excellent. The somellier poured us glass of wine to match our preferences. We sat at the kitchen bar. Wonderful evening!

Came for lunch. Seating appears to be counter only set up. The mashed potatoes were clearly the main draw. The lobster pasta had a small piece of lobster. The beef tartare was not exceptional. The guest on my left had a very good looking lamb. Maybe should have ordered that even if needed an extra supplement. Give the carpaccio a miss. Wouldn’t do the asparagus again. Overall not thrilled except for the mashed potatoes

It’s hard to find words for such a culinary experience. This was our second time dining here. Everything… from start to finish is perfection.
