What an epicurean joy to have finally had the chance to experience the Robuchon workshop It was a lunch full of surprises, finesse and flavors. The perfect execution of the dishes, and this tremendous ability to enhance the dishes, wow we feel privileged leaning on the counters Special mention for the Mango Mango dessert, as beautiful as it is delicious 😋 The service is also worth highlighting, both professional and local. I was afraid of relationships that were too guided and stereotyped, but that wasn't the case, and it helped to perfect this experience. I will come back as soon as the opportunity arises with great pleasure 🙏🏼🤩

For those who want to go, don't forget to book. This experience is worthy of its founder and Chef Eric Bouchenoire, who spent 35 years alongside Joël Robuchon, knew how to keep the best recipes. Sitting in front of the kitchens helps you understand the complexity of the dishes that are made. The menu in small portions allows you to taste several dishes. The concept of the workshop allows you to eat very good and beautiful dishes in an uninhibited context. The staff are truly professional and caring. The Chef ensures that the reference to Joel Robuchon is not overused: everything is precise and done with a high degree of rigor. The puree is a delight of course. The madeleines served as mignardises are exceptional and reflect the entire meal. well done. The only thing that is difficult to digest is the price of the bottle of water, but that will quickly be forgotten because we are already thinking of coming back soon.

Our recent visit to Robuchon in Paris, where we sampled both the classical and vegetarian "menu dégustation," left us somewhat disappointed, especially after having dined at the Robuchon establishment in London on multiple occasions between 2017 and 2020. *The Food* While the presentation of the food was visually appealing, we found the flavours to be less innovative compared to our experiences in London. Although some dishes, like the fried avocado and the oeuf de pâques, showcased freshness and originality, others were overly buttery and lacked the finesse we had anticipated. Notably, the saint-pierre was overcooked. *The Service* We experienced significant delays between courses, which was a departure from the prompt service we had received in London. Unlike our previous experiences, where delays were addressed with complimentary drinks, we felt somewhat neglected. Additionally, there was a lapse in service when the sommelier left before serving the wine, requiring the waiter to step in. *The Layout* Sitting at the counter gives a very interesting view on the kitchen operations. However, the seating arrangement is excessively dense, leading to inadvertent contact with neighbouring diners and food particles projected onto each other’s space (I got a piece of my neighbour’s dessert landing on my plate!) Overall, while the dining experience at Robuchon in Paris had its moments, it fell short of the expectations. Given the premium price point, we expected a higher level of attention to detail and service.

Not so great as I expected. For the amount of money we´ve payed I hoped to be acommoted on table as I asked when I made the reservation. As well I expected that the staff was previously prepared to know what would be our order (that was on the booking too) and atend my food alergy to shrimp and lobster. I say that ´cause I´ve already received that kind of treatment in other restaurants with better reviews. Anyway it was a good experience but not worthy the price.
