The fries (and the locale) smelled really weirdly. Unfortunately they also did taste pretty bad, and the sauces were just okay. The portions are really large though and service was fine.
After the locale’s response I changed my opinion from 2 to 3 stars. The sauces might be actually more of a personal preference. Regarding the fries, I’ve had better for sure. The smell was indeed probably frying oil, but it wad also present at the fries, which were not perfect.

Fantastic time! The fries were excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the whole team was amazing, very welcoming and friendly. I 100% recommend it! And a big thank you to Paul for the music which made the evening even better 🎶🍟

You can really taste the Belgian snacks, it's a real treat! I love coming here whenever I'm in the area 🙂.
Unfortunately, on May 1st, between 9 pm and 11:30 pm, I witnessed a scene that deeply disturbed me. A tourist, making the effort to speak French, simply asked if she could have more sauce added to her fries as they were being bagged. A kitchen employee's reaction was to stare at her, without answering, and then dismissively throw the fries back where they were being prepared.
Faced with this, I left without ordering. This kind of behavior really puts you off.
The food is excellent, that's undeniable. But the service can ruin the whole experience.

Fantastic! We loved this place from our very first visit. It reminds us of Belgium and its delicious fries (be careful where you go!), but for Paris, it's the best in the Paris region. A thousand thanks for the quality of your products, your attentive service, and your choice of dishes, Richard.
