For me, it is the best kebab in the 5th district, maybe even in Paris. Home-marinated meat, fresh accompaniments (I love red cabbage) to give a “healthy” touch, very good homemade sauces. The staff is very nice. You take the kebab and you go eat it at the Jardin des Plantes: a little treat that's easy to treat yourself to.

I agree with the other comments that it is the best Greek in Paris. Very original, the sauces are good, the combination of ingredients is perfect and everything is homemade, it's just excellent! I was at university in Jussieu so it was a tradition to eat here. Too bad we can't eat there.

Bon expérience kebab, viande juteuse et légumes croquants, frites avec peau bonne ! prix un poil élevé comme tous les resto et snack depuis le covid. Quantité/prix un chouïa de peu plus pour le prix serait mieux

A kebab unique in its flavors, quality and freshness. It's a pure marvel. You have to go there at least once in your life, it's DELICIOUS!

04/09/2024: Great experience at Balto, very pleasant service, reasonable price for the quantity/quality and we ate very well! I highly recommend, plus the location is ideal, a stone's throw from the Seine!
01/09/2024: Forced to give the maximum score, I had nothing to complain about. Quantity, quality, price, atmosphere, top service, everything is there. Of course you have to come on foot or by velib (terminals opposite), but the short digestive walk will be welcome. The burgers are generous, the ribs are wonderful, the beef tartare ☺️🤤, horse steak 🧡..... For the service, it's clean, clear, fast, super well presented. Great atmosphere, great setting, super friendly waiters (and boss), affordable and remarkably strong in memory (an order for nine people without even writing down, that impresses me).

13/09/2024: Excellent food, good advice from the waitress to do again, I highly recommend
30/08/2024: A very good restaurant. In terms of price, the quantities are sufficient and the cuisine is excellent. The evening menu is more than sufficient (starter, main course, dessert) and the waiting time between each course is perfectly timed so as not to have to be impatient. The atmosphere is very nice, perfect for a place like this: subdued but just enough to see each other clearly, soft music in the background and a pretty decoration makes us forget life outside. For my part, I ordered the French toast and It was excellent and the quantity was suitable. The waitress will come and serve a chocolate coulis on top. PS: little tip: a PINCH of fleur de sel on the French toast will add a little something extra
