This was exactly the place we were looking for. We were surprised to get a table even though we only booked 30 minutes in advance, and we were so glad we did. Thank you to our waitress for all the side dish suggestions and to our chef for the day for his ever-present smile. A rating that perfectly reflects our meal.

A very good experience at Devant Vous in Paris. The concept is original and welcoming: Asian cuisine is prepared right in front of you, with the option to choose your meat or fish. The menu is comprehensive and plentiful, and the dishes are flavorful and well-prepared. It's really nice to watch the meal being prepared before your eyes; it adds a real touch of class to the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A place to try for a pleasant and unique outing.

A superb experience for my birthday! The welcome and service were very warm and efficient, and the food was delicious! The dishes are prepared right in front of you 😉. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; the flavors were magnificent. We were lucky enough to share our table with a family who were also celebrating a birthday, and we had a fabulous evening. 08/07/2025: Came just right at the time they open 11.30am. Already few people obviously as hungry as I am. First time here. Selected Menu A @€15: Shiosu ramen + 7 Gyosa Gyosa was good but not fried enough. The ramen soup was well seasoned and flavored though the noodle was more a Chinese egg noodle than Japanese true ramen. It was tasty though a bit shy of another slice of meat (probably because it’s the menu). The service was very fast and efficient and no unnecessary talk. It’s definitely more of eat and go than taking all the time in the world.
08/07/2025: Higuma is and remains a true institution. I always sit down in front of the kitchens, alone or with someone else. It's always a treat (summer and winter). The welcome, the smile, the responsiveness, the service, and the cleanliness are all there. It's a shame that customers don't always fully appreciate this institution, probably due to the cafeteria feel. Thank you again, and see you soon.
