It's always a pleasure to visit your shop! The moment we walk in, the aroma of roasted cocoa invites us to relax (and indulge, of course!). The chocolate bars are of exceptional quality, and the team of artisans is incredibly helpful, friendly, and passionate!

It was the best hot chocolate cafe shop when it was a cafe. Now it’s the best chocolate torrefactor to make your own hot chocolate. Olivier’s chocolate is like drinking a melted hot chocolate bar, for me. Yummy! Incites mug licking and finger dipping. 😆 The aromas, the depth, the complexity of taste. Un régale pour les pailles! The coffees are delicious too! I miss the little cafe but I’m loving being able to take the cholesterol home with me.

Maxence's passionate and clear explanations about the world of chocolate and its preservation encourage us to better understand what we're tasting and to reflect on all that chocolate can represent. A lovely shop offering a selection of high-quality products. Here, they roast from bean to table, meticulously sourcing the raw ingredients and then roasting them to create unique and distinctive products. The aromatic profiles of the different bars ensure there's something for everyone. The service and advice are excellent. The owner is a passionate craftsman who will answer questions and even offer tastings. I highly recommend it, especially since this type of artisanal work is still too rare in France.

Chocolate lovers, you've come to the right place to indulge your taste buds! The chocolate is excellent (the bar didn't even last 24 hours…) and the spread… I won't even mention it! Olivier is very friendly: he makes everything himself, from the bean to the finished product, and it's a true delight. A wonderful discovery, I highly recommend it.
