Open for 11 years, Audrey, Tony, and their dad don't need my opinion. Proof of this is their 4.7-star rating based on nearly 400 reviews. When you order through Uber Eats or similar platforms, you're ordering a product, just like when you order from Amazon. You don't see who's behind it, you don't get a sense of what's happening in the restaurant with the people who passionately prepare your food and can tell you about it. To everyone who gave Dina Fresh Pasta a bad review, perhaps give them a second chance, but this time go in person and even tell them about your past experience! Have you ever tried making your own fresh pasta at home? As for Italians… all the Italians I know either: - make their own fresh pasta, - buy quality fresh pasta from a local artisan (or shop), cook it themselves to their preferred doneness, and add a canned, jarred, or homemade sauce, like carbonara or something else! The pasta and sauces are very good, and the owners are very friendly. The dining area isn't very large, so it's better suited for takeout. Note that they also sell some pastries and Italian charcuterie!

Very nice, inexpensive, friendly little family

I was lucky enough to try their current cold pasta salad... with melon! It was amazing! A must-try! The combination of premium San Daniele ham, chunks of perfectly chilled melon, burrata, pine nuts, salad and arugula leaves, and a touch of balsamic and Parmesan... simply divine. The idea is to create the ultimate bite with a little bit of everything, and you're transported... A word of advice: call ahead to reserve yours; they sell out incredibly fast, and for good reason.

Incredible! I have no other words. Fresh pasta restaurant. It's run by a charming couple, Dina. You can buy pasta and sauces to cook at home or grab hot pasta to eat right away. Their stuffed pasta is amazing, with "traditional" recipes always available and often seasonal specials. They also have groceries, deli meats, and Italian pastries. I recommend saving room for their tiramisu; it's excellent! (Especially the salted caramel one, with Breton shortbread cookies instead of ladyfingers). There are a few tables where you can eat in and be pampered by the owners, who always have a kind word for each of their customers. Whenever I need a quick bite, I choose this place because there are so many different types of pasta and sauces (all homemade).
