03/09/2026: Open for 11 years, Audrey, Tony, and their dad don't need my opinion. Proof of this is their 4.7-star rating based on nearly 400 reviews. When you order through Uber Eats or similar platforms, you're ordering a product, just like when you order from Amazon. You don't see who's behind it, you don't get a sense of what's happening in the restaurant with the people who passionately prepare your food and can tell you about it. To everyone who gave Dina Fresh Pasta a bad review, perhaps give them a second chance, but this time go in person and even tell them about your past experience! Have you ever tried making your own fresh pasta at home? As for Italians… all the Italians I know either: - make their own fresh pasta, - buy quality fresh pasta from a local artisan (or shop), cook it themselves to their preferred doneness, and add a canned, jarred, or homemade sauce, like carbonara or something else!
