A loyal customer since 2020. Always a pleasure to stop by Slake. The matcha is excellent and the carrot cake is a real treat.

A great brunch experience at Slake! I opted for the eggs Benedict with a chai latte. One small drawback: the egg was unfortunately hard-boiled, which is a shame for an egg Benedict. However, I absolutely loved the hash brown – it was sensational! I finished with a shortbread, which was also very good. The service is friendly, in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. They're quite on a first-name basis (personally, it's not really my thing), but I imagine that's part of the restaurant's ethos. Overall, a great place, and I'll gladly return, especially for that amazing hash brown!

Nice and cozy interior, with outdoor seating available on the terrace as well. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the menu offers a good variety of options. We had the Eggs Benedict with hash browns, which tasted really good overall. Unfortunately, the eggs were hard-boiled rather than soft, which was a bit disappointing for Eggs Benedict and cost them one point. Still, a very nice spot for breakfast or brunch.

It was terrific. We had a Chemex of Costa Rican coffee, eggs, and trout, granola and a Turkish Egg. Their cook loves eggs because they were perfect. We liked it enough to return the next day.

Recommended by Google after a quick search, this was the perfect spot for a get-together with friends. The place itself greatly contributed to the wonderful time we had! A varied menu with very reasonable prices and, above all, amazing flavors! We created our own brunches, and it was a real treat! The cinnamon roll and the slice of flan were two absolute favorites! Moreover, the peaceful courtyard reminds us that we're in Lyon, reminiscent of the traboules we love so much. The service was attentive and truly pleasant; thank you to all the waitresses and waiters, you too contributed to this lovely moment. See you soon!
