25/06/2026: I was in this establishment a week ago and witnessed the terrible service. The cashier was more focused on his phone than on serving customers, and the bartender, whose name was Zarah, was clearly stressed and unprofessional. The final stage of service was impersonal. The cashier always seems to forget his name is Iassir; he even forgot to bring the cake we bought and went to retrieve it with a complete lack of motivation. The stress and laziness of the staff were palpable.

24/06/2026: If you’re looking for somewhere cool for studying or working, not recommended. The AC is on but room temperature is still rather high. I ordered a iced drink and sat calmly in front of my laptop and I sweated.
