Yum! Absolutely delicious! The duck breast with Espelette pepper is definitely worth trying, and the duck burger is also excellent. The homemade fries are incredibly good. We always receive a very warm welcome, and the staff is very friendly.

Very warm welcome, pleasant dining room, and excellent Gascon menu. What can I say about the tiramisu? It was to die for. Thank you for this great meal today, 10/27/2025.

We ate very well. A very nice stop in Eauze. The Gascon menu at €23.90 was excellent. Gascon salad, crispy confit duck leg and homemade fries, and tiramisu. A pitcher at €5.50. Everyone works with a smile and is energetic. The boss has a great sense of humor. They don't accept holiday vouchers yet.

The service is really efficient. The servers are very pleasant. We had the duck heart skewers. They were cooked to perfection. It was a real treat! We look forward to coming back.
