We arrived late for dinner on a Friday evening. The owner couldn't let us go to bed hungry and, with the kitchen's approval, offered us three courses. The service was quick. After dessert, we were offered a taste (at a reasonable price) of three Armagnacs. We would be happy to return.

Excellent food. The tapas with homemade foie gras were fantastic! You have to wait a little while to be served. We ate on the terrace facing the cathedral with live music creating a lovely atmosphere ❤️

Lunch today was excellent. The service was very pleasant. The portion was generous. The duck breast was perfect: full of flavor! Cooked pink as requested, and well-seasoned. The fries were crispy and fluffy, not greasy at all. The salad was flavorful... Yes, it might sound silly 🙂 The Armagnac tart had a nice, subtle Armagnac flavor. In conclusion: simple, delicious, and satisfying. I highly recommend it.

We come here regularly from Montauban for their grilled duck breast served with fries—a real treat! The owner and waitresses are so kind, and we even get to taste the Armagnac. All this right on the church square—it's a true taste of the region. I recommend it a thousand times over!

28/08/2026: We just left this restaurant where we had a wonderful meal. The food was perfect, the duck breast incredible. The manager and her employee go out of their way to take care of their customers. However, we were very uncomfortable witnessing the chef's repeated outbursts from the kitchen. He was yelling aggressively at his wife and employee, who nevertheless maintained a polite smile. I would have loved to see the look on this man's face, radiating so much violence and aggression…
18/08/2026: Unbeatable value for money. We opted for the €18 set menu, which included a quarter-liter of wine, a starter, a main course, and dessert. The starter was a salad with three different terrines, the main course a pork chop with mushrooms and vegetables, and the dessert a delicious Tropezienne tart. Efficient service, a terrace overlooking the street but not noisy. It's hard to find better.

02/06/2026: We had dinner at the Hôtel Henri IV restaurant last night and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The welcome and service were absolutely top-notch, with a truly wonderful and friendly atmosphere. On the plate, you can immediately taste the difference: fresh, local produce, perfectly prepared. The value for money is excellent, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It's a real pleasure to find a restaurant that so beautifully showcases local ingredients with such high quality! A must-try in Eauze that we'll definitely remember. You can go there without hesitation!
