Spectacular, although it seems like it has to be a tourist restaurant in the square, I was pleasantly surprised by the food and the friendliness of the owner, a great connoisseur of Armagnacs from the area

I really would like a sixth star for service. The owner is extremely* well-stocked and well-educated on all things armagnac. The food is delicious. And the small plaza where the Cafe is located is like something out of a storybook. A word of advice to my fellow americans: it's hard at first but in general if you learn to respect the slower rhythm of service and dining in France the patience is richly rewarded. This is one of those special places where it's better to let the locals show you what they do best.

A wonderful discovery of local produce, guided by an incredible owner, passionate and generous in sharing his knowledge and expertise.
Everything contributed to the joy of this experience: a marvelous cassoulet, homemade foie gras, excellent wines, and delightful discoveries featuring Floc de Gascogne and Armagnac.
A truly convivial and shared moment, where the passion for local produce is palpable at every turn.

I love the Gers region for moments like these, for its warm and welcoming people, just like the owner of this lovely restaurant.
We had a wonderful time in the shade, we ate at a fair price, we ate authentic, local food, and above all, we ate cleanly.
Even the playlist was great! Well done, Oslo!
We'll be back without hesitation.

A very nice shop in this small town. We didn't eat anything, so I can't comment on the food, but it looked delicious at the neighboring tables. The wine (from the region) was really very tasty and also reasonably priced. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely come back. :)

A good tip: don't miss Loft Café if you're passing through Eauze! Excellent local cuisine, respect for and extensive knowledge of local producers. A family atmosphere, a lovely terrace, so don't hesitate any longer!! Password: "Tranquille" (Relaxed)

The establishment is well located right next to the cathedral, with plenty of outdoor seating and a small adjoining shop. The food consists entirely of local products, served in generous portions, and is reasonably priced for such high-quality local produce.

As regulars at Loft Café, we're never disappointed. Local, seasonal produce, beautifully presented, and generous portions. An excellent place to discover the products of our Gascon region.
The owner is very welcoming and the service is top-notch.
