If you're looking for an excellent Armagnac tasting, complete with historical information and insightful commentary, you've come to the right place! The food is delicious, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

We came to the Gers region for a weekend for the Nogaro Classic Festival and were staying in Eauze. We were drawn in by the setting and the reviews of this restaurant. We weren't disappointed. There was a bit of a wait, but it was a concert night and very crowded. We hadn't made a reservation, but the owner didn't forget us and found us a table. There was a bit of a wait between courses, but understandable given how busy it was. The waitresses were very efficient, the food was delicious and of superb quality, and the owner himself came to see us for dessert. We ordered two plates of Gers cheese, and two generously piled plates arrived. The owner was very accommodating. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely return to eat there.

A traditional restaurant that follows the rhythm of the seasons, a perfect place to relax and enjoy set menus or à la carte dishes at your leisure. Homemade foie gras and fries are a must! A well-stocked wine cellar, not to mention the Armagnac tasting trolley. A friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and a warm welcome.

Excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and the service is quite fast. We loved the setting of this terrace, located in the village's central square.

Opposite the cathedral, a very beautiful and pleasant terrace. Generous portions, you really feel like you're in the Gers region!
