As regulars at Loft Café, we're never disappointed. Local, seasonal produce, beautifully presented, and generous portions. An excellent place to discover the products of our Gascon region. The owner is very welcoming and the service is top-notch.

Regulars come back time and time again, so we did too! The tables are plentiful and full both under the arcades and in the square, but that doesn't detract from the attentive and friendly service. The plates are generous with excellent local produce, and the foie gras prepared by the owner is absolutely divine. The best I've ever had. An address we'll treasure.

The best salad of my life...with various local specialties, including some prepared by the local butcher. Charming staff...the owner gave excellent advice on wine and Floc de Gascogne...go without hesitation!

First of all, upon arrival, the owner's big smile and warm welcome! As for the food, words fail me; it was a true delight. The cooking was perfect. Everything is homemade, all the products are local and clearly indicated outside the restaurant. The salad at Loft Café is absolutely wonderful, beautiful and generous. It's best to avoid doing what I did and ordering fries on top. 😄 The prices aren't excessive. In short, it was a truly enjoyable meal. The service and the Gascon cuisine are excellent. A quick hello to the lady of Montmartre!

Fantastic restaurant, excellent quality cuisine. The Loft salad is very generous and the foie gras is to die for. Try the Pousse Rapière or the Floch—a ray of sunshine! Impeccable and friendly service. In short, we'll be back!

02/06/2026: We had dinner at the Hôtel Henri IV restaurant last night and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The welcome and service were absolutely top-notch, with a truly wonderful and friendly atmosphere. On the plate, you can immediately taste the difference: fresh, local produce, perfectly prepared. The value for money is excellent, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It's a real pleasure to find a restaurant that so beautifully showcases local ingredients with such high quality! A must-try in Eauze that we'll definitely remember. You can go there without hesitation!

14/06/2026: A must-visit in Eauze for enjoying authentic, flavorful, and typical cuisine. The restaurant is ideally located in the heart of the town center, just steps from Place d'Armagnac and the magnificent Saint-Luperc Cathedral. Enjoy a pleasant setting, a warm welcome, a convivial atmosphere, and impeccable service provided by the charming owner, who is always attentive and offers excellent advice, particularly regarding wine pairings. The dining room is air-conditioned, and in good weather, you can dine outside on the shaded terrace next to the peaceful Place de la République, opposite the Archaeological Museum and near a pretty fountain whose gentle murmur is a delight. The menu offers a lovely selection of dishes and enticing set menus, as well as excellent wines at reasonable prices. The chef is clearly in a class of his own. He offers a fully mastered, refined, flavorful, vibrant, and sunny French and Gascon gastronomic cuisine, showcasing the best of local produce. The freshness and quality of the products are impeccable. Here, everything is handled by the Chef, everything is homemade! The cooking, the flavors, the seasoning, the proportions, the presentation—everything is perfect. Each dish is a feast for the eyes and a delight for the taste buds. Everything is done to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction; you can smell it, see it, and taste it. Bravo to this couple who have cultivated and shared their passion for so long with such enthusiasm, much to our delight!
