28/08/2026: We just left this restaurant where we had a wonderful meal. The food was perfect, the duck breast incredible. The manager and her employee go out of their way to take care of their customers. However, we were very uncomfortable witnessing the chef's repeated outbursts from the kitchen. He was yelling aggressively at his wife and employee, who nevertheless maintained a polite smile. I would have loved to see the look on this man's face, radiating so much violence and aggression…
18/08/2026: Unbeatable value for money. We opted for the €18 set menu, which included a quarter-liter of wine, a starter, a main course, and dessert. The starter was a salad with three different terrines, the main course a pork chop with mushrooms and vegetables, and the dessert a delicious Tropezienne tart. Efficient service, a terrace overlooking the street but not noisy. It's hard to find better.

23/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A must-visit in Eauze!
There were three of us, and we had an absolutely delightful time at Le Divan. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and friendly, and we immediately felt at ease, whether inside or on the terrace along the boulevard.
The food was a real treat: local Gascon produce, generous portions, and truly excellent value for money. The duck confit and homemade fries cooked in duck fat were a pure delight, and the service remained efficient and attentive even when the restaurant was full.
The staff took excellent care of us from beginning to end of the meal, with great kindness and professionalism. You can feel their genuine passion for their work and their desire to please their customers. A wonderful discovery; we will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

06/06/2026: I didn't try the rooms, but the restaurant is not worthy of a 3-star rating. The set menu consisted of a piece of pork loin with undercooked potatoes, a disgusting strawberry tart, bread that was three days old, and when I asked for ice cream instead of chocolate mousse, I got a scoop of strawberry ice cream.

08/09/2026: Arrived at 1 p.m. I asked if lunch was available. Yes, and a table on the terrace was available.
Attentive waiter.
I chose the daily special. A very pleasant surprise and delicious. Very generous portions too.
It's a joy to still find a good brasserie with such courteous service.

02/09/2026: Avoid at all costs... The duck breast was served cold, as were the "tip" (a type of appetizer) and the fries. They offer you a choice of medium-rare, medium, and medium, which is essentially meaningless because it's clearly been cooked in advance, hence the dry and cold texture. In short, inedible, especially considering the higher price compared to other places. Don't even bother hoping for salt or pepper; they never arrive.
