With great location just next to the river Saône in Lyon. As an asian who uses to have the taste of Ramen, I would say that all food are fresh and well prepared. However, if you use to have Ramen in Asia, with standard of gourmet demander, I strongly suggest not trying it as it is totally different from those great Japanese Ramen chains and you will be really disappointed. On the other hand, their Gyoza with Saint-Jacques et encornets are delicious especially compared to Gyoza with Pork. If you were there, really have to give it a try. In terms of service, all staffs are super friendly. Very Japanese style service. However, those who took orders are not as professional as in a restaurant as they don't take the order by persons who entered the store first and they missed served our order until we reminded them. Overall, it is a nice experience but I don't think that I will re-visit it again as the Ramen doesn't reach my expectation. However, it is still good for those who like to try fresh-made Japanese ramen in Lyon.

I think the negative reviews are harsh. The ramen is flavorful, even very good. It's true, it's not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and the taste is there. Fast service. What more could you ask for, really?

A soothing view of Lyon, incredibly efficient service, and excellent gyoza. However, I was a little disappointed by the broths, which were too thin for my taste. The noodles, on the other hand, were perfectly cooked. I highly recommend it.

Discovered by chance, Djizan is now my new go-to for ramen. A lovely team, run by Japanese people, who serve balanced, well-thought-out, and perfectly portioned dishes. You can judge a restaurant by its sides, and the gyoza were fresh and homemade! The toppings are undeniable; they were delicious! The ramen was perfect, thank you again! Don't listen to the "there was only half an egg, it's a shame," who are just trying to complain.

Very quiet place inside, with reasonable prices and quality ramen. In the evening, the value for money is excellent. The service is impeccable, I highly recommend it 😍

Delicious vegetarian gyozas and ramen, impeccable service. A little disappointed that the establishment doesn't offer tofu though 🤷🏻‍♀️
