I ate Mon Blanc and it was nice, if sweet. I asked for Earl Grey but the tea didn’t taste like it. The tea room was elegant and beautiful.

A lovely afternoon tea for two. The place is very pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed some pastries and tea. The service was quick and efficient. The price is a bit high; it seems to me that you can't call yourself a tea room and also offer fast food in the center of La Rochelle.

Excellent macaroons, just put in a box and not in a bag, too bad, it's not a pain au chocolat. Excellent fruit paste. I recommend.

Incredible pastries, but the service needs improvement... The tea room offers truly delicious pastries, delicate and indulgent, a true delight for the taste buds. However, the service was a big disappointment: the waiters weren't friendly and gave the impression they didn't want to be there, which somewhat spoiled the experience. It's a shame, because the quality of the products clearly deserves a warmer welcome.

05/01/2026: Pleasant welcome. Very good food. The access to the restrooms isn't great.
31/12/2025: The food was okay, not great. You have to ask for bread and you're always waiting for it. There was a bald waiter. A nice detour, and the young guy was overwhelmed but pleasant.
