Doina sur Paris

As a tourist, it always had been my dream to enjoy french cuisine with nice view, it was beyond my expectations… I was listening to Disney Ratatouille theme song wile eating at them…. No one noticed but my eyes were wet as tearing up…

Welcoming place, helpful and respectful staff, excellent food... The only flaw is the bathroom, but since that is the shape of the place I appreciate being able to pass through the kitchen

The location is phenomenal! It was simply wonderful to enjoy the view of my friend and the Eiffel Tower with a glass of Romanian wine. The starter we ordered, the eggplant tartare, was an exciting dish and tasted ok. It would have needed more salt. Unfortunately, fish roe was brought to us without us having ordered it. It was quite tasty, but very expensive and it was almost impossible to return it because no one there really spoke French. The entrecôte wasn't bad, but had too little salt and so did the fries. The fries were also rather limp. The lamb pieces were very well cooked and the baguette that was served with it tasted very good. The whole thing was already too expensive and the service was rather poor. We were also not given the carafe of water, which is free in Paris, and the waitress wanted to give us carbonated water. Doina is worth it for a bottle of wine, some baguette and the view. But you have to be careful.

Quiet Romanian restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly staff as well as the boss who comes to tell you about his meetings with very famous stars, who came to dinner. The menu is very varied with original Romanian flavors.

We had a wonderful time at Doina. We were greeted by a polite personnel, served delicious food and enjoyed listening to Romanian music. It is also a great place where you can sit outside and admire the Eiffel Tower.

Nice small restaurant. We were just strolling and stumbled upon it. Staff very friendly- family owned restaurant (Romanian). Food was delicious and good sized portions.
