Domino's Pizza sur Besancon

A huge thank you to the Domino's team in Besançon, and especially to Bilel! We ordered a goat's cheese and honey and a margherita, and frankly, everything was perfect: generous, well-filled, delicious, exactly as we expected. But beyond the quality of the pizzas, it's the personal connection that makes the difference. Bilel was incredibly kind and attentive; you can feel a real sincerity in the way he welcomed and served customers. It's invaluable, and it's felt throughout the experience. Thank you for this memorable experience; we'll definitely be back!

We ordered pizza here during our vacation. Unfortunately, the online order didn't go smoothly, but we were able to resolve the issue with the helpful staff on site.

Pretty fast service, reasonable prices considering it was a Tuesday, so €7.99 for a pizza is good. Size L is good for a good eater. Good amount of meat and other things on the pizza.

Pizza received folded in half, with half untopped—just a little crème fraîche and a few pieces of bacon. Hot sauce was found under the dough (hygiene-wise, we'll come back to it), and the Reblochon cheese supplement, even though I paid for it, was missing. Very disappointed. After reflection, I would like to highlight the professionalism of the managers at Domino's Pizza in Besançon. Following my comment left the day before, they quickly contacted me to better understand the problem encountered with my order. Their approach was very kind and attentive. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered me a free pizza to apologize for the inconvenience. This gesture, as well as their responsiveness, convinced me to continue ordering from them.
