A top-notch Japanese restaurant with excellent value for money. Aside from the relatively large size of the sushi, which makes it difficult to eat in one bite, there's nothing to complain about. Even the music playing (good old blues) was good, which is rare! It's wonderful to see that establishments like this still exist to delight our taste buds.

It was a very good dinner, exactly as ordered. If I had one small complaint, the sushi was a little stale. I recommend it.

The sushi and wraps are delicious, but the delivery time is completely excessive (at least an hour). It's a shame, bordering on disrespectful to customers.

Jimida

01/06/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste and flavors of the food, which were excellent. It was incredibly filling; I ended up ordering a main course plus two appetizers, and even with just the two appetizers, I was already stuffed. The welcome was very warm (they showed me how to use chopsticks properly). I recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Japanese culture or wants to discover it. 😋
26/05/2026: We've ordered takeout several times and it's always excellent. I think the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Compared to Eat Sushis next door, Jimida's fish is much better, their coleslaw too, everything really. In short, if you want to eat Japanese food in the center of Brest, this is the place (the atmosphere is very calm but relaxing) 🍙🍣
