Ebulli'sens sur Rennes

It was a special evening, Valentine's Day, but the menu, also special, gave a glimpse of the chef's talent. It was a festival of exquisitely orchestrated flavors and original combinations, including several very tasty variations on fish and some truly flavorful, unusual vegetables, all presented with remarkable refinement. Alan and his wife opened this restaurant 13 years ago! This restaurant, like its owners, is well worth a visit. The food is generous, delicious, and beautifully presented. And the prices are unbeatable. The quality-to-price ratio is incredible for the area. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy a great time with a fantastic team, look no further. Delicious, seasonal cuisine at very affordable prices. A must-try!

A full menu for starters and main course/dessert costs €22, which is good value for money. The dishes are a bit limited in quantity, especially the starter.

A sure bet close to Rennes train station. Fine cuisine and very friendly service. Highly recommended!
