Ebulli'sens sur Rennes

We had dinner in his restaurant for a birthday and were very well received in a separate room which allowed us not to disturb the other people. The combinations are good and original, the restaurant only uses seasonal products. There are some great discoveries to be made in this restaurant! Unfortunately almost all the dishes lacked sauce, this is the main negative point given the price positioning which is quite high. The service was pleasant

Romantic dinner! Tried the chuck and duck...simply excellent. The pork can be cut without a knife because it is so perfectly cooked. The desserts, millefeuille and strawberry financier, just fabulous. We highly recommend, small, intimate restaurant just a stone's throw from the station, a treat!

Good food, nice place a stone's throw from Rennes station, affordable dish of the day but the desserts not necessarily.
