A very average experience: the wait was long despite the few people there, and the self-service kiosks are inconvenient since you can't pay directly at them, or if you can, it's quite complicated and not very user-friendly. While the prices are reasonable and the portions generous, the overall quality leaves much to be desired. My burger, however, was quite good overall, but the tacos were very bland and really not very good quality, and my brother didn't like his because of a strange taste in the ketchup. In short, it's acceptable for the price and quantity, but it's far from good quality. And finally, on a positive note, neither my brother nor I got sick.
