Very warm welcome and excellent pastries

I'm increasingly disappointed with this pastry shop. The prices remain high, but the service is deteriorating. I go every Sunday morning, and they're missing basic items (croissants, pain aux raisins, etc.). Today, the waitress gave me a pain au chocolat instead of a croissant. That wouldn't be so bad if the products were good quality. But when I dipped the croissant in a cup of tea, it fell apart, making me think it was frozen. Furthermore, the size of the pastries is never consistent... You never see the manager on Sundays, which is supposed to be the busiest day... It's a shame.

Beautiful pastries at a fairly reasonable price. I think the problem with this establishment is that it struggles to define its positioning: is it premium pastries or lunchtime sandwiches? The issue is evident in the service, which is very similar to that of large bakery chains. All that's missing is the classic "Will that be all?" Today, I was served by a saleswoman who wasn't entirely at fault, but whose demeanor wasn't appropriate. She was wearing a tracksuit and wasn't particularly pleasant. You have to be rather insistent to get even the smallest details added to a birthday cake. Perhaps these are minor details, and it must be difficult to recruit in Montpellier, but aside from the quality of the food, it's not a place I enjoy going to.

I got two cakes to take away. The service was excellent, and the products were delicious! I highly recommend this pastry shop where everything is homemade.

A truly beautiful pastry shop with high-quality ingredients. The pastries are truly excellent and deserve to be highlighted. However, the bread offered for sale is not of the same standard as the rest of your offerings. This is a shame, as it creates a discrepancy with the remarkable quality of your pastries. Perhaps you could consider working with another local artisan baker for your bread selection. There are several excellent bakeries in Montpellier, some of them very well-known, which would perfectly complement the high standards and quality you already offer for your pastries. This would perfectly enhance your offerings and make the experience truly impeccable.

I bought five pastries for a birthday. They turned out to be excellent and delicate! Obviously, this comes at a price...

Exquisite cakes, with a very neat presentation!

Ideal for enjoying tea and delicious pastries. I fell in love with the delicate Althéa pastry with its hibiscus flavor. My son chose the Prism, with its richer chocolate. They also have cookies, pastries, and sandwiches. I can't wait for spring to come back and sit on the terrace!
