A great discovery for this Friday evening. The restaurant is cozy and friendly. The menu dishes are tasty, prepared with fresh, local produce and the plates are beautifully presented. The work is exemplary because chef Baptiste is alone in the kitchen, it is all the more remarkable when we know the complexity of offering such combinations of flavors. Service and support throughout the dinner are provided by Marine, who is equally professional, pleasant and gives good advice. It’s beautiful, it’s tasty, it’s recommended! Well done ! Very smiling and courteous welcome from Marine. Small restaurant room decorated in a minimalist but very refined and delicate way. Marine is caring and her advice is very judicious in the choice of wines. We also tasted dishes prepared with creativity and refinement, which go extremely well with the place. We had a remarkable evening and made a great discovery. L’Empreinte deserves its star. A big congratulations.

Fabuleuse expérience d'une cuisine engagée, maîtrisée. Les légumes sont à l'honneur. Énormément de travail dans chaque plat. .
