Discovered at the Rennes food market this weekend. Fantastic, truly. Extremely well-prepared raw ingredients. Surprising and vibrant flavors.

There are chefs who achieve extraordinary feats. Baptiste is one of them. He made me love vegetables. In his dishes, you can taste the work that goes into using truly fresh ingredients. It's a real culinary delight. The quality-to-price ratio is simply exceptional. I know very few restaurants this affordable with such high-quality food. What more can I say? It's a must-visit for anyone passing through Vannes or the surrounding area.

A multitude of flavors artfully combined. Excellent value for money on the lunch menu. We wish there were more "rustic" restaurants like this.

The chef's menu was incredibly precise, balanced, inventive, and full of flavors, enhanced by a selection of local and seasonal products 🍂🤩🤤 The service was also perfect ✨ A lovely conversation throughout the meal, an incredible Americano (which will remain one of the best I've ever had 🤤), and the wine selection and recommendation were also perfect, all delivered with remarkable simplicity and precision. It's very rare to achieve such a high level with such a small staff, so congratulations to both of you for your work, which truly impressed me 👏🙏 I would be delighted to return to enjoy your seasonal offerings 🍃
