A wonderful discovery at Le Petit Refuge in Vannes! We started with an absolutely delicious cucumber gazpacho, fresh and perfectly balanced. The fish dish with rice noodles that followed was equally excellent, enhanced by numerous herbs that added a great deal of finesse and flavor. The service was perfect from beginning to end: attentive, professional, and warm. An excellent restaurant that we recommend without hesitation. We will gladly return!

An unusual spot, on a busy yet quiet street. The cuisine reflects the flavors of the market, using fresh, local, and organic produce. The chef regularly adapts the dishes to suit individual dietary needs. You'll feel right at home. The welcome is warm and very friendly. Excellent value for money.

Exceptional vegetarian food. The quiche was possibly the best I’ve ever had. It is food that you feel nourished and healthier after eating. Great service and inexpensive. Highly recommend.

12/06/2026: An excellent experience of discovery as the tastings progressed, each as surprising as it was delicious. Perfect food and wine pairings. The view into the kitchens and watching the Chef and his team prepare the dishes in perfect tranquility is truly fascinating.
11/06/2026: Disappointed to have a table away from the main dining room, we nevertheless had a wonderful evening and the four of us had great fun trying to identify the ingredients of the delicious dishes that followed one after another. Impeccable service.
