A wonderful discovery at Le Petit Refuge in Vannes! We started with an absolutely delicious cucumber gazpacho, fresh and perfectly balanced. The fish dish with rice noodles that followed was equally excellent, enhanced by numerous herbs that added a great deal of finesse and flavor. The service was perfect from beginning to end: attentive, professional, and warm. An excellent restaurant that we recommend without hesitation. We will gladly return!

An unusual spot, on a busy yet quiet street. The cuisine reflects the flavors of the market, using fresh, local, and organic produce. The chef regularly adapts the dishes to suit individual dietary needs. You'll feel right at home. The welcome is warm and very friendly. Excellent value for money.

Exceptional vegetarian food. The quiche was possibly the best I’ve ever had. It is food that you feel nourished and healthier after eating. Great service and inexpensive. Highly recommend.

18/07/2026: Last week we discovered La Tête en l’air. It’s a beautiful establishment where the very name of the restaurant evokes a feeling of complete relaxation. It was an excellent culinary discovery. All the senses are awakened. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious. The pace of the tasting is perfect, and we didn't notice the time passing. Thank you to the chef, the cooks/pastry chefs, the service staff… for this wonderful discovery, for your attentiveness, and for your discretion. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment ;)
